What's included, what's not

Sparkling on arrival for your in-water dining. BYO for in-water dining is also allowed but must be contained in a secure bag.

Each guest receives 18 oysters and a similar amount of prawns which is part of your in-water dining experience
All guests will visit Terrigal and lunch is at the expense of the guests. There is also a chance for guests to do some local shopping or even in a swim and a local walk to the lookout.

Know before you book

- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travellers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Guests prior to this unique experience need to provide their shoe size and height so our team can arrange the correct waders
- Guests must be independently mobile to board and disembark the boat and tour sites. If guests require walking sticks or are not steady on their feet they should not book this tour.
- You may get wet - sea spray from the open boat ride is possible so we suggest bringing a light waterproof jacket. Waterproof waders will be provided for the in water element.
- The tour operates on minimum numbers.
- If the river is closed for harvest, oysters will be sourced from another estuary

Prepare for a day you'll talk about forever! This unique experience departs Sydney at 8am and our destination is the Central Coast of NSW, its just a short drive north of Sydney. On arrival at brooklyn there will be a short break before we introduce you to our team. You'll enjoy a guided river cruise of the famous Oyster farms and then from there you will be taken to our secret location where you will enjoy in water dining. On arrival you'll we will provide you with your waterproof waders and you'll be guided to your in-water unique dining experience. There's champagne on arrival. Our team will educate you on how to open oysters then guests get enjoy the seafood dream. 18 oysters per person and plenty of prawns. When was the last time you did something so unique like wading into the river for seafood dining?

Following your unique in-water dining experience it's time for lunch (at your expense). Our team will take you to one of the more picturesque seaside villages on the central Coast. Terrigal has the most incredible views and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The café culture is a big part of its appeal.
