      These pieces were offerings to the gods, symbols of authority, and items used in ceremonies that marked the cycle of life and death.
    2. Hall of Pre-Columbian Peoples: Cultural diversity and worldview
      We'll explore the works of the Muisca, Tairona, Calima, Quimbaya, Zenú, San Agustín, and Tolima cultures, among others.
    3. Offering Room: An encounter with the sacred
      Amidst immersive lights and sounds, we'll relive the indigenous offering rituals that were performed in sacred lagoons, caves, or temples.
      Here, the Balsa Muisca stands out as the museum's most famous piece, representing the mythical rite of El Dorado.
    4. Treasure Room: Shine, Power, and Symbolism
      The last part of the tour immerses us in a dazzling collection of ceremonial jewellery, breastplates, nose rings, and necklaces that reflect the mastery of the ancient goldsmiths.
