Forget guidebooks, viral reels and tourist routes.
Led by a certified Tour Leader, this isn't just a bike tour.
We won't just show you Bologna. We'll help you experience it.
We'll cycle through the places that made Bologna famous around the world and the places where the city still comes to life every day.
From the city's iconic landmarks—Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, Piazza Santo Stefano, the Archiginnasio and the University District—to its most authentic neighbourhoods, every stop will help you understand what makes Bologna so special to the people who call it home.
You'll discover that Bologna is much more than its monuments. It's a city shaped by traditions, meeting places and everyday rituals that continue to give it its unique character.
That's why we'll also ride through Via Zamboni, the heart of university life; Piazza VIII Agosto and its historic market; Via Mascarella, where Bologna's jazz soul still lives; the creative Manifattura delle Arti district; Via del Pratello, an open-air art gallery by day and one of the city's favourite aperitivo spots by night; Giardini Margherita, Bologna's green living room; and Porta Saragozza, where the world's longest portico begins its climb to the Sanctuary of San Luca.
And because food is at the heart of Bologna's identity, we'll also share our favourite local tips on where to enjoy authentic Bolognese cuisine, experience the city's aperitivo culture, taste outstanding artisan gelato and discover the little everyday traditions that make Bologna so unique.
By the end of the tour, you won't just have visited Bologna.
You'll understand it.
