In a 1:30-hour tasting workshop, you will learn about the region of Bordeaux and its appellations, the different soils and wine classifications, how to read a label, winegrowing and winemaking techniques, the grapes used and the specific blends that make Bordeaux unique wines.

You will taste 4 wines (tasting pour of 1 Cremant de Bordeaux, 1 White and 2 Reds) paired with 3 French cheeses.
