The tour starts in the meeting point, which is your hotel, of course, we communicate about that in advance.
After we meet, we take the car from Porto is 40 minutes to Braga, which you can enjoy looking at the views or just relaxing your eyes because is still early for those who are not early birds.
Once we are in Braga there's time for a coffee, before we go to the top of the hill Monte do Bom Jesus, with green, open and wonderful viewpoints. You will have access to the only Basílica in Portugal called Basílica do Bom Jesus do Monte.
After, we go city centre, and we visit the oldest cathefral in Pprtugal from tbe 9th century.
Then a walk in the historical cask is a must.
We will visit a local restaurant in Braga for trying of course the green wine.
After having a delicious lunch, we take the car for a 20 minutes drive heading the City of Guimarães.
We will be amazed by the beautiful protection castle from the 10th century.
After walking in the historicsl cask, a local pastry is a must.
You will enjoy 30 minutes free time amd then we take the car back to Porto.
The objective of this tour is to enjoy the moment sharing opinions, understanding the evolution of Braga & Guimarães city, and to know secrets of the personality of the locals.
