We missed our time slot due to unexpected travel delays. We emailed and called tour contact and were refused any accommodation. We missed the tea and ended up going directly to palace. They were more than accommodating, even with late notice and not having bought directly from box office. My advice to travelers is go directly to ticket gate. Tour tickets were overpriced, ticket agent was surprised at how much we payed and were apologetic for the tour group that gave us The runaround.

Overall the experience was V good. However, it was along walk from Palace to hotel for Afternoon tea and a little expensive also.
