During the MARKET TOUR you get to know the history of the market, the local ingredients and customs. After that begins the COOKING CLASS, where we make one of the most famous Hungarian dish.
At the end of the experience you can enjoy the result of your efforts: eating together.
If you register for this event for the first,
you will be given the opportunity to choose a dish from the followings:
Chicken paprikas with homemade dumplings (dairy, egg, flour)
Goulash soup (beef meat, celery)
Salty meat pancake Hortobagy style (with chicken, dairy products, eggs)
Stuffed cabbage (pork meat, dairy, egg)
Hungarian farmer's plate with local ingredients (different peppers, sausage, salami, cheese cream)
Drinks: 1 Palinka, 2 dl Hungarian wine, mineral water, soft drinks
