Begin your peaceful journey as your guide and driver welcome you from your hotel in Hue.

Your first stop is Vong Canh Hill, one of the most poetic viewpoints in Hue. From the hilltop, admire panoramic views of the Perfume River, lush pine forests, and tranquil countryside — the perfect mindful start to your day.

Continue to visit the serene Goddess of Mercy statue, where you’ll gain insight into Buddhism in Hue and local spiritual life. Breathe in the fresh morning air, sip a cup of tea, and embrace the calm atmosphere.

14:00 – 14:30 | Meditation Experience
In the afternoon, take part in a meditation session following the tradition of Thích Nhất Hạnh at Từ Hiếu Temple (available on Sundays). This peaceful temple, nestled in a pine forest, is closely connected to the life and teachings of the renowned Zen Master.

After the lunch you will leave for Huyen Khong temple, one of the rare Theravada Buddhism temples in Hue. From faraway you can hear songs coming from the fir trees forest and the brooks. Once you’re at the temple, it is obvious to enjoy the spirit of Buddhism. Entering Huyen Khong temple through its beautiful buildings, breathtaking constructions and peaceful atmosphere. Join the meditation session or dharma talk at the temple. What a lifetime experience!

16:00 – 16:30 | Return to Hue City
Conclude your meaningful day and return to your hotel. Optional vegetarian dinner at a local restaurant is available upon request.
