Know before you book
- The return bus journey from Québec City to Baie-Sainte-Catherine, Charlevoix takes approximately 3 hours each way.
- You can either pack a lunch and/or snacks, or you can buy a preprepared lunchbox from our lunchbox service upon arrival at Baie-Sainte-Catherine (depending on availability). Our lunchboxes are also available for preorder.
- This excursion will take place rain or shine. Our whale watching cruises also operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers. If you choose the boat option, there is an enclosed area onboard for your comfort.
- Zodiac excursions are not advisable, and even prohibited for certain persons such as young children (under the age of 6), pregnant people, people suffering from articulation, back, or autonomy problems, or persons in wheelchairs.
- Note that the Zodiac does not have food or bathrooms onboard.
- If choosing the Zodiac option, customers will be asked to sign a liability waiver before participating. Children must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
