What you can expect

  • An Ancestral Immersion: Cacao, History, and Wellness
Your adventure begins on the hidden trails of our cocoa plantation, where the jungle comes to life. Accompanied by an expert from the National Federation of Cocoa Growers, you'll discover the science and art behind the different types of cocoa, learning to distinguish their aromas and fruits directly from the tree.

As we move forward, the path reveals the majesty of ancient indigenous terraces, connecting cocoa cultivation with the archaeological legacy of the Sierra Nevada. Under the guidance of a professional, you'll experience the technical process of harvesting and processing, understanding why this fruit is sacred.

The climax of the experience is a hands-on alchemy ritual: you'll transform the roasted beans yourself. You can choose between preparing a cup of pure cacao, following traditional recipes, or creating a natural face mask to take advantage of its antioxidant benefits for the skin. This is a unique opportunity to touch history, learn from the best, and take home the spirit of the mountain in a sensory experience you won't find anywhere else.
