Overview

Join us for a one-hour evening tasting of our Rare Beauty Reposado collection. You will taste four single-barrel reposado tequilas, each aged 10 months in a different barrel, including whisky, rum, merlot, and cabernet, at our coastal farm distillery.

Cachasol Tequila launched in early 2025 and quickly started earning top recognition for our innovative, additive-free recipe, including honours from Men's Journal and multiple Gold and Double Gold awards from respected spirits competitions.

We call them Rare Beauties because that is exactly what they are: limited, expressive, and not built to taste like every other reposado on the shelf. Each barrel tells a slightly different storey.

This experience is especially great for agave nerds, but equally fun for those that simply enjoy quality spirits & stories in a beautiful setting.

This is a spirits-focused evening tasting. Food is not included, so we recommend that you come early for dinner or stay afterwards for food and more drink.

Activity itinerary

This one-hour evening tasting is built around our Rare Beauty Reposado collection, four small-batch, single-barrel expressions of Cachasol Tequila aged for 10 months and each shaped by its own barrel. When you arrive, check in at our Cachashade Bar and settle in with a Cachasol welcome cocktail while we introduce the evening and the Rare Beauty collection. Then we move into a Cachasol Tequila overview where you will learn how our award-winning, additive-free tequila is made, including our use of 100% Nayarit-grown agave, our IPA-inspired fermentation, and the production choices that give Cachasol its bright citrus, floral notes, and real agave character. Then we move into the guided Reposado Tasting-Taste four 10-month reposado expressions side by side: whisky barrel, rum barrel, merlot barrel, and cabernet barrel. We walk through how each barrel shapes aroma, texture, colour, and flavour. You are welcome to come early for dinner or stay afterwards for food, cocktails, and more time at the farm.
