  • Meet Somaya, a Cairo University graduate who lives in Old Cairo with her siblings. After working at a travel company for a few years, she realised her love for meeting people and sharing the rich culture and history of Egypt.

    Now, she hosts travellers at home for dinners, lunches and cooking classes, sharing her Egyptian cuisine and culinary traditions. Somaya is always thrilled to see the joy on travellers' faces when they try her mother's food, which is loved by their neighbors, friends, and family.
