What you can expect

Explore the legendary Lérins Islands on an immersive expedition combining kayaking, history, untamed nature, and snorkelling, just a short distance from Cannes.

You’ll meet your guide on the golden sands of Palm Beach, where you’ll embark on a gentle and safe kayak crossing to Sainte-Marguerite Island, one of the jewels of the French Riviera.

Once on the island, it’s time for a walking exploration: a stroll through the eucalyptus and maritime pine forests will lead you to Fort Royal, the former residence of the Man in the Iron Mask. Your guide will tell you about the mysteries of this place steeped in history.

Afterwards, you will have some free time to:
• Swim in protected, uncrowded coves,
• Snorkel around the Cannes Underwater Ecomuseum, an activity that is suitable even for beginners,
• Observe the local wildlife (peacocks, seabirds, fish) in an unspoiled environment.

A gourmet, artisanal picnic will be served to you on a secluded beach, overlooking the turquoise waters and the red-hued Esterel mountains.

The afternoon ends on a relaxing note with one last swim or a nap in the sun, before you get back into your kayaks to return to Cannes.
