    Step into a traditional Anatolian stone house and discover the flavours of Turkish home cooking. Join a hands-on cooking experience with Chef Tolga and Mother Havva (Eve), who will introduce you to local recipes, traditional ingredients, and the secrets of Anatolian cuisine.

    Prepare authentic Turkish dishes using traditional cooking techniques while learning about the region's rich culinary heritage.

    After the cooking session, enjoy the delicious dishes you have prepared while admiring the beautiful valley views and experiencing the warm atmosphere of a traditional Anatolian home.

    Beekeeping Workshop

    Discover the fascinating world of bees and traditional beekeeping in Cappadocia with a guided, hands-on experience.

    Your workshop takes place during the hours when bees are active. Begin by putting on protective beekeeping clothing before joining your guide for an introduction to the beehives.

    Learn about the life of a bee colony as your guide shows you the queen bee and worker bees, explaining their different roles and the process of honey production.

    If the bees have produced honey and harvesting is possible, take part in collecting fresh honey directly from the hives.

    Complete your experience with a delicious honey tasting accompanied by traditional Turkish dry clotted cream (kuru kaymak).

    Please note that honey harvesting depends on natural honey production and seasonal conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
