With born and raised Caprese chef, Gianluca, guests will experience authentic island cuisine from a family of island chefs. Bringing professionalism and attention to detail from 12 years of restaurant ownership, combined with a relaxed and welcoming garden setting, guests will cook in a spacious kitchen at their villa in Anacapri!
His Australian wife, Holly, or their long time friend, Luigi, will entertain guests with stories of life, culture and history from their experience raising children and living year round on an intriguing island.

In our group pasta/tasting experience, guests will meet others as they taste local cheeses, wines and extra virgin olive oil and then participate in hands-on pasta making. When the pasta is ready, guests will enjoy a tasty plate of pasta and the chef’s daily dessert with a sea view and new friends. Our group pasta/tasting experience is perfect for travellers who have limited time on the island or visiting the island on a day trip, as well as, enthusiastic cooks of all levels who prefer to meet others in a relaxed yet professional setting. The experience includes Chef demonstration and hands on participation with a side of good conversation and insight into the origins of the ingredients and dishes. Guests will remember their experience long after they’ve left the island with take home digital recipes, tasting notes and photos! Buon appetito!
