We travel by train from Brasov to Sinaia about 1 hour. From here we walk about 40 minutes (2 km) to Peles Castle. Sinaia is situated in the Carpathian Mountains, at the foothills of the Bucegi Mountains. Sinaia is known for its beautiful scenery, fresh air, and numerous tourist attractions. One of the main attractions of Sinaia is the Peleș Castle, which was built in the late 19th century as a summer residence for the Romanian royal family. The castle is a stunning example of neo-Renaissance architecture and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and forests. Sinaia is also a popular destination for skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities, thanks to its location in the mountains.
