The visit begins with a reception at the winery, where participants are briefly introduced to the history of the property and the region's terroir.
In the winery, visitors observe the process of grape reception, destemming, pressing, and alcoholic fermentation, with explanations about the use of stainless steel tanks versus oak barrels, temperature control, etc.
It is also possible to visit the ageing cellar, where the criteria for choosing barrels (origin of the oak, toasting, capacity) and the sensory impact on the wine are explained.
The next stage consists of a tasting of five wines, tapas, and olive oils from Casa Relvas.
