What you can expect

Set off on a scenic coach journey around Lake Zurich towards the medieval town of Rapperswil. Enjoy a guided walk through the town’s charming streets, exploring its iconic castle and picturesque rose gardens. The castle, perched on a hill, offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding landscapes. Afterwards, take some free time to explore further or relax with a snack or meal at one of the lakeside cafes.

Next, visit Einsiedeln, one of Switzerland’s most significant pilgrimage sites, where you’ll tour the impressive Benedictine monastery and see the famous Black Madonna. In the afternoon, head to the Milchmanufakturshow dairy for a guided tour followed by a delicious cheese tasting.Then, make your way to the Lindt Home of Chocolate to experience the world’s tallest free-standing chocolate fountain and an interactive audio-guided chocolate museum. Enjoy unlimited chocolate tastings as you explore. Finally, visit the Lindt Chocolate shop, the largest in the world, to pick up some sweet souvenirs before returning to Zurich with your guide.
