Day 1

11:30 AM - Get picked up by our bus from your hotel/hostel/bungalow in Cat Ba Island to the cruise harbour.

12:00 PM - We welcome our guests onboard the cruise and then check in, enjoy the Welcome Drink, and receive the cruise brief and safety instructions from the crew member and cruise manager.

12:30 PM - We have lunch before continuing our journey via the islets. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This area is untouched, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island and Coc Ngoi islet through the Cua Dong to Ba Trai Dao area.

2:30 PM - The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounded by extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. You can start your journey to visit the Ba Trai Dao Beach area and islets by kayaking in the wild and mysterious beauty of the World Heritage Site. Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the bay.

3:20 PM: Enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay.

5:15 PM: Return to your cruise boat and watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Onboard you may join a traditional cooking class. Our chef will instruct you in the making of some Vietnamese dishes. In the early evening, the boat has its Happy Hour deal.

7:00 PM - Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

9:00 PM - Enjoy the landscape of the bay at night up on the top deck. Relax whilst enjoying drinks from the bar. Try your hand at night squid fishing, enjoy the funny Karaoke time with friends and family. Overnight on the cruise.

11:00 PM - End of Day 1 programme.

Day 2

6:00 AM - Begin your new day with a cup of coffee, take photos, or enjoy the sunrise from your cabin window. Enjoy a light breakfast in the delightful and peaceful beauty of the bay.

8:00 AM - Transfer to a tender to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island and hop on a bicycle ride (electric car also available) through a rainforest tunnel that leads to a village nestled in a valley deep in a national park. Visit a traditional house, and meet locals doing their daily work, see their homes and the village school. Return to the cruise boat for check-out procedures.

10:45 AM - Whilst cruising back you can enjoy a delightful lunch.

11:45 AM - We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark.

12:00 PM - We bid farewell at the port, this is the end of the programme. We hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey. After the cruise, we transfer you back to your hotel in Cat Ba Island. After the cruise tour, if you want to have a bus to Hanoi city, Ninh Binh, or Sapa, you can contact us via WhatsApp chat.
