Step into Charlotte’s shadowy past on the city’s only open-air golf cart haunted and true crime tour, operated by the trusted team at Southern Charm Rides. Begin your evening at the lively Market, where you can grab a local craft beer, cold soft drink, or a bite to eat before setting off. Over the course of approximately 90 minutes, your guide will share authentic ghost stories and true crime tales that have shaped the Queen City’s reputation for mystery and intrigue.

Cruise through Charlotte’s historic areas, including the storied Fourth Ward, as your guide recounts chilling events and unsolved mysteries. Thanks to the comfort and speed of the golf cart, you’ll cover more ground than a walking tour, visiting a wide range of haunted sites and crime scenes. Highlights include a stop at a sprawling 77-acre cemetery dating back to the 1800s, where you’ll step off the cart to explore gravestones and hear about restless spirits said to wander the grounds.

Along the way, you’ll pass by historic hotels, old theatres, and other landmarks where eerie sightings and strange happenings have been reported. The tour is designed to be immersive, with opportunities to disembark and experience some locations up close. Your journey concludes back at the Market, perfectly placed for you to continue your evening or reflect on the stories you’ve uncovered.

Please note: Tours run on Friday and Saturday nights and require a minimum of 6 guests. If the minimum is not met, your booking can be refunded or rescheduled.
