As dusk creeps in, the entire area lights up with twinkling lanterns and traditional Chinese lights, transforming the Qinhuai River into a magical waterfront. You’ll have plenty of time to capture stunning photos of the illuminated ancient archways, traditional buildings reflected in the river, and the bustling night scene—truly experiencing the romantic “night charm of Qinhuai” that has inspired poets and writers for centuries. After enjoying the night view and taking memorable photos, you’ll head to a local restaurant nearby to savour a genuine Nanjing dinner (on your own cost).
