What you can expect

Chengdu Panda Base is home to over 150 giant pandas and 70 red pandas. As the world's largest panda research and breeding facility, the base has recently expanded from 69 to 238 hectares to enhance the visitor experience during peak season. In 2022, the expansion zone began trial operation, featuring new attractions such as the Panda Tower.
Leshan Giant Buddha is recognised as the world's largest stone-carved Buddha statue. It stands at 71 metres tall and was constructed over 1, 000 years ago. You will appreciate its impressive size and admire the extraordinary craftsmanship that went into making this stunning monument. You will also learn about its spiritual importance in Chinese history and culture.
