Located in the mountains near Chengdu, this base is less crowded than the Chengdu Research Centre and offers visitors a chance to see pandas in a more natural environment. Stroll through bamboo groves, watch giant pandas enjoy their daily activities, and learn how the sanctuary prepares pandas for possible release into the wild.
