A guided experience designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the production philosophy of Podere della Bruciata: a family-run agricultural enterprise that is attentive to natural rhythms and has a vision focused on the essence of wine. The experience is designed for those who want to go beyond tasting and truly understand what lies behind a glass of wine.
The welcome includes a brief introduction to the landscape and cultural context that surrounds us, with a clear and engaging account of the Podere, its history and its evolution. The goal is to convey the identity of the Podere in an accessible way, even to those who are new to the experience, without sacrificing technical content for those who want to learn more.
The tasting takes place in the barrel cellar or on the panoramic terrace, depending on your preference and the conditions on the day. In both cases, the atmosphere is designed to focus on the pleasure of taking one's time and listening: aromas, details, discussion and questions. During the tasting, three organic “Cru” wines are served, selected to represent different expressions of the Podere (profile, character and identity). Each wine is presented with technical and sensory commentary: grape variety and/or blend, style, winemaking choices, aromatic notes, structure, balance, length and possible pairings. The tasting thus becomes a little journey through nuances and interpretations, helping to understand how the terroir and human labour influence the final result.
To accompany the wines, we offer bruschetta with extra-virgin olive oil from our own production, to enhance the farm's flavours and create a simple but authentic pairing: a bite that cleanses the palate, amplifies the sensations and tells another storey of the Podere, linked to agricultural tradition and the quality of the raw ingredients.
Options upon request:
Platter of local products: a selection of cured meats, pecorino cheeses, crostini, jams and bread, designed to expand the pairing options and make the experience more complete, with contrasts and harmonies that complement the wines.
Extra glasses: the option to expand the tasting with limited-edition wines from old vines and reserves, served by the glass, for a more in-depth exploration of the Podere and its rarest or most representative expressions.
