- Meeting points for travellers that are in city centre hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Coco Bongo at Playa Del Carmen
- The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 06:30 am, the travellers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
- The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.
- Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote. We apprecia
