What you can expect

  • Ignite Your Senses at a Traditional Hawaiian Luau

Step into a magical island evening where the spirit of Aloha comes alive. Surrounded by swaying palms and starlit skies, you’ll be welcomed with warm smiles, a fragrant lei, and the infectious energy of your host, the legendary Chief Sielu—Hawaii’s original ambassador of Polynesian culture and comedy.

This immersive celebration invites you to experience the heart of the islands through:

    • Interactive cultural activities like hula dancing and spear throwing
    • A traditional imu ceremony, unveiling the succulent Kalua pig from its underground oven
    • A lavish Hawaiian feast featuring island favourites like guava BBQ chicken, Kalua pork, and pineapple cake
    • Refreshing Mai Tais and tropical drinks to toast the night

But the true crescendo of the evening is the thrilling 8-man Samoan fire knife dance—a jaw-dropping spectacle of skill, danger, and ancestral pride. As the drums intensify and flames swirl through the air, you’ll witness a fiery tribute to Polynesian warriors that will leave you breathless and inspired.

    Sample Menu Highlights:

    • Mixed island greens & diced pineapple
    • Taro rolls & Hawaiian sweet potatoes
    • Asian-style Mahi Mahi & roasted guava BBQ chicken
    • Kalua pork & vegetable stir fry
    • Steamed white rice & pineapple cake

Come for the food, stay for the fire. This is not just a luau—it’s a journey through the soul of Polynesia.
