What you can expect

Step into a Tuscan kitchen and discover how simple it can be to prepare a traditional lunch using real ingredients.

During this cooking class, you will make fresh handmade pasta and a sauce using Val di Chiana Aglione garlic, which we grow ourselves. You will learn simple, authentic techniques, with no need for any prior experience.

Together, you will also make a homemade tart filled with our artisanal jams.

At the end of the experience, you’ll sit down to enjoy the lunch you prepared together, accompanied by a tasting of local wines.

A convivial and authentic experience, perfect for those who want to experience Tuscan cuisine from the inside, in a relaxed and genuine way.
