What you can expect

  • Experience China's spectacular Three Gorges on a 4-day, 3-night luxury cruise aboard the Yangtze Miracle, sailing from Chongqing to Yichang.

    Refurbished in 2024, the ship combines elegant Chinese-inspired design with modern comforts. Relax in your cabin with a private balcony, enjoy onboard dining, and admire breathtaking river landscapes along the Yangtze.

    Day 1: Chongqing – Embarkation

    Board the Yangtze Miracle in Chongqing and settle into your cabin. Enjoy a buffet dinner, attend the safety briefing, and join an evening deck party as the ship begins its journey downstream.

    Day 2: Fuling and Zhongxian – History and Culture

    Choose between two shore excursions: the 816 Underground Nuclear Project, a former secret military facility, or the Baiheliang Underwater Museum, home to historic river-level inscriptions.

    Return to the ship for meals and onboard activities. Continue cruising towards Zhongxian.

    Day 3: Wushan and Badong – Scenic Three Gorges

    Admire the dramatic cliffs of Qutang Gorge before choosing between a sightseeing boat tour through the Small Three Gorges or an excursion to Shennv Tianlu (Goddess Path), known for its panoramic river views.

    Continue through the spectacular Wu Gorge, enjoy the captain's gala reception, and explore Yuxian Valley during an evening excursion, subject to the sailing schedule.

    Day 4: Yichang – Three Gorges Dam

    After breakfast, disembark for a visit to the Three Gorges Dam, including the Tanziling scenic area and 185 Viewing Platform.

    Your journey concludes at the Three Gorges Tourist Centre in Yichang.
