Your guide with meet you in Shanghao Subway Station to start the tour. After a short taxi ride (about 20min), you'll arrive at the hotpot-themed museum, home to one of the Chongqing and China’s top hotpot producers.

Hotpot Museum: You’ll learn about the rich history and traditions behind Chongqing hotpot, from its origins to the secret techniques used in authentic broths. Discover how this iconic dish became a symbol of Chongqing’s vibrant food culture.

DIY Hotpot Workshop: Create your very own hotpot base using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guided by experts, you’ll learn how to balance spices and flavours, and get hands-on experience making the broth that gives Chongqing hotpot its signature taste.

Hotpot Tasting: Sit down and enjoy the hotpot meal, perfectly cooked with a special spice-level grading system that allows you to enjoy the dish at your preferred heat. Your guide will explain a variety of classic and interesting hotpot ingredients and share insights into Chinese culinary culture.
