Transport: Take Metro Line 1 to Yanggongqiao Station, then take a 10-minute taxi ride to the resort. For self-driving, navigate to Ronghui Hot Spring City; a large car park is available on site.
I. Crowd Restrictions: Groups Prohibited or Advised to Soak with Caution
Guests Prohibited from Entering Hot Spring Pools
Guests suffering from severe hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, skin diseases, infectious diseases, open skin wounds, fever, or in post-surgery recovery are forbidden to soak.
Pregnant women, women during menstruation, intoxicated guests, infants under 1 year old, and seniors over 90 years old are not allowed to enter the pools.
Guests Required to Soak with Extra Caution
Seniors aged 65 and above and guests with mobility impairments must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests with mild hypertension, hyperlipidemia or hyperglycemia may only soak in high-temperature pools for a short time; exit the pool immediately if dizziness occurs.
Restrictions for Minors
Minors are not allowed to enter saunas, essential oil spa zones and the 3rd-floor SPA therapy area.
Children under 5 years old are prohibited from entering the dynamic surfing water park.
II. Health Rules for Hot Spring Soaking
Do not soak on an empty stomach or within 1 hour after overeating. Drink plenty of warm water while soaking; free jujube herbal tea is provided in the resort.
Limit each pool session to 15–20 minutes. Exit the pool and rest for 10 minutes between sessions. The total soaking time per day shall not exceed 2 hours to prevent hypoxia, physical exhaustion, dizziness or palpitations.
Take a full-body shower to clean your body before entering any pool. Remove makeup, metal jewellery and contact lenses to avoid contaminating spring water, scratching your skin or damaging accessories.
