Live an authentic rural experience in the heart of dairy tradition with a guided tour of a local dairy, where time seems to flow more slowly and every gesture tells a storey. Begin your journey by participating in the most evocative moment of the day: the milking of the cows or goats, followed step by step according to traditional methods. You will discover how from fresh milk, through manual processing and simple ingredients, fresh cheeses with a delicate and genuine taste are born.

During the tour, you will be accompanied by expert cheesemakers who will show you every stage of processing: from curd to moulding, to salting and storing the cheeses. No industrial process, only artisan care and respect for the raw material.
