The tour begins with a welcome at the mill and an introduction to our company, where you will discover the passion and care we dedicate to the production of oil. You will continue with a guided visit inside the facility, taking a close look at the modern technologies and processing stages that transform olives into a high-quality oil.

From the selection of the olives to the pressing, right up to the cold extraction, every step of the production process will be explained to you, with in-depth information on the techniques used and the factors that determine the characteristics of extra-virgin olive oil. Along the way, you'll also learn about the local varieties and the peculiarities of the Sicilian territory that make this product unique.

The highlight of the experience is the guided food tasting, during which you will learn to recognise the aromas, flavours, and qualities of extra virgin olive oil. You will taste our extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a selection of typical Sicilian products such as fresh bread, cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and other local specialities.

The experience ends with a dedicated shopping area, where you can take the authentic flavours of Sicily with you and choose from our oils and handmade products.
