If you are coming on a cruise: your friendly local guide will meet you at the cruise terminal in La Spezia. Together with your guide, you will go from the cruise terminal to the train station (walking or by taxi - price of taxi not included). Together with your guide, you will take a short train ride of about 10 minutes and you will reach Riomaggiore, the first town (the train ticket is included).

If you are staying in a hotel in La Spezia (or arriving from another city): you will meet your private guide directly at the train station La Spezia Centrale. Together with your guide, you will take a short train ride of about 10 minutes and you will reach Riomaggiore, the first town (the train ticket is included).

The walk is easy and suitable for everyone.

Manarola

At the end of the Lover's way, you will arrive in Manarola where your guide will show you around this charming little town. You will then continue the walking tour of the Cinque Terre towns. You will move from town to town by train and by ferry boat (subect to weather conditions), giving you the opportunity to admire the beautiful coastline also from the sea.
