- Children under 10yrs are not allowed. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- At least 25 people are required for the afternoon tour to take place. Morning tour recommended.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Boat transfer is high-speed, however, Cloud 9 reserves the right to use an alternative vessel if necessary.
- Cloud 9 does not accept cash on board or at check-in counter but accepts all major credit cards.
- Check-in begins 1hour prior to the booked tour start time.
- Fuel surcharge FJD10 per person payable at Cloud 9 counter on check-in from 01 May 2026.
