Xcaret Park opens from 8:30 am to 22:00 pm. * For all ages Spend a day celebrating the natural beauty and rich culture of Mexico at Xcaret Park. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, this nature-based park features more than 50 attractions and activities surrounded by lush jungle, underground rivers, and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Lunch included.
Xel-Há Park opens from Tuesday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.* For all ages. Start your day at the scenic lighthouse to enjoy the beautiful views over the inlet and the Caribbean Sea. After observing the incredible landscape from 131 feet (40 metres), take one of the four waterslides to descent into the crystal clear waters. Then head back to the lagoon, where you can don a snorkel and mask to look for the bright yellow stripes of Angelfish or the graceful strokes of a sea turtle. With over 90 species of marine life, there's plenty to see below the surface.

Know before you book
- As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing a park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor or staff member.
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transport or to enter our facilities.
- Your 2 tours do not have to take place on consecutive days. Select the day you would like to participate in your first tour when you complete your booking. You will arrange the date for your second tour when you confirm your reservation with the tour operator.
- Both tours departs around 8 AM from Cancun and 9 AM from the Riviera Maya. You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times and location when you confirm your reservation.
- Children 4 and younger are complimentary. Please inform the provider that you will be travelling with an infant when confirming your booking.
- Children 11 and younger who are taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must have identification to verify their age.
- Complete your booking by selecting the day of your first tour. When confirming your reservation to the provider, indicate which tour you will participate in first, and confirm the date of the second activity included. Contact information is included in your voucher.
- If you are travelling with infants, it is necessary to add them in your booking since by the Mexican law they must be included in the passenger list of the bus / van
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
- This activity is provided by a private individual (a party not acting within their trade, business or profession). EU consumer law will not apply to your booking.
