In commune 13, graffiti and rap tell the storey of a social transformation, thanks to the Graffitour, the initiative of young artists gathered to make hip hop an expression of life, sharing spaces that violence inhabited yesterday. Here everything starts from a sad, and no less powerful inspiration: the murder of Héctor Enrique Pacheco Marmolejo, known as Kolacho, a musician and area community leader.
