Start with a Mediterranean aperitif and a DIY (do it your self) Spritz-making session! Pick your favourite—Aperol, Campari, Limoncello, or Martini—and mix it up with fresh, organic ingredients. Cheers to connecting with each other, with great food, laughter, and music setting the perfect vibe!
Next, we roll up our sleeves for some pasta-making action. You’ll get hands-on with a manual pasta machine, creating your own noodles from scratch! And of course, the famous Tiramisù della Nonna is on the menu—made with farm-fresh eggs, Swiss chocolate, and a whole lot of love.
Once your pasta’s ready, we’ll pair it with our signature ragù and some aged Parmigiano Reggiano, all perfectly matched with Italian red wine. And to end on the perfect Italian note, there’s a rich Moka coffee and a sip of Amaro waiting for you.
