After the cooking class, our wine expert will teach you the basic information for a wine tasting and will explain how wine permeates the culture of this territory.
The experience includes:

- Making homemade pasta and sauce made with local products.
- Lunch with the food you prepared.
- Starters: Salame toscano, finocchiona, prosciutto crudo toscano, pecorino, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, cialda di pane tostato con Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- First course: The homemade pasta and the sauce you prepared during the cooking class.
- Second course: Tagliata di manzo with roasted potatoes.
