Activity itinerary

ONLY EXTRAORDINARY LOCATIONS. I welcome you to my cooking class, where together we will prepare typical recipes of the Ligurian Riviera, and taste an aperitif to discover authentic flavours and ancient culinary traditions. The aperitif will feature the real Genoese focaccia, accompanied by bruschetta with homemade pesto and salted anchovies, and seasoned olives from the Riviera. Then we will move on to the preparation of fresh pasta, in particular the cutters made by hand with the help of an ancient instrument, the “guitar”. Finally you will taste your pasta with the pesto you prepare, all accompanied by a selection of white wines DOP of our territory, which I will tell you with passion, before the inevitable Italian coffee and a pleasant digestive of Genoa.
