In our hands-on class, you will learn the secrets behind making perfectly fluffy rice and a variety of mouth-watering curries, including classic dishes such as dhal (lentil curry), chicken curry, selection of 3 different seasonal vegetable curries and 1 stir-fried dish or temperd dish . We will also teach you to prepare traditional accompaniments like coconut sambols or Mallun that elevate every meal.
