We will have tour the River Ramit and learn about the culture and traditions of the local population. Then visit "Damn the Gorge". It is a narrow opening in the mountains. A small river flows through the crevice. Travellers will have to move along the river. There's a natural waterfall, so be ready to swim. We'll need to get across the river. The track is not very difficult, but it is long. There are no big hills, but the road itself will take an hour. At lunch time - enjoy a delicious lunch on the banks of the Ramit River. Some ways are boiled, grilled, fried, and baked. Afternoon we will visit the Magmurud valley. Magmurud is 13 kilometres from Dushanbe in the northeast.
