You will make food, taste your way across six stops, and ride between them on a classic Danish city bike, the way locals get everywhere.

We begin at our shop in the historic centre for a quick bike fitting and briefing, then roll out towards the water. Our first stop is Islands Brygge, where dirty industrial canals were transformed into the city's favourite harbour baths. Here we pause for a hands on workshop: you will craft and eat your own traditional smørrebrød, layering fresh toppings on rye bread while we explore the history of the Danish lunch box and everyday food rituals.

The route then moves to Banegaarden, a sustainable urban farm. This frames our discussion of the New Nordic Food Manifesto and Denmark's shift towards local, seasonal, and low waste food culture.

Next comes a stop that surprises almost everyone: a vast green space that most visitors to Copenhagen never find.
