Meet your guide near Christiansborg Palace and begin exploring the historic heart of Copenhagen on foot. Start with an introduction to the city’s political and royal history at this important landmark, home to the Danish Parliament, Supreme Court, and Prime Minister’s Office.
From here, continue through the city centre towards the waterfront, passing by hidden corners and local spots along the way. Arrive at the Black Diamond, the modern extension of the Royal Library, where the city meets the water and your canal experience begins.
Enjoy a relaxing ride on Copenhagen’s electric harbour ferry. This is a local experience and a unique way to see the city from the water. From the ferry, see the Copenhagen Opera House, Nyhavn waterfront, and a mix of modern and historic architecture along the harbour. If the ferry is not available, continue with a scenic walk along the canal.
