What you can expect

  • Discover a unique perspective on the beehive's treasures, unlike anything you've encountered before. Did you know, that all the nectar (the source of all goodies in the beehive), is actually the wedding gift offered by the flowers for pollination?

Immerse yourself in the world of the region's most seasoned apiary, where the family lives in perfect harmony with their buzzing companions. Explore the intricate life of the beehive, unraveling the collective intelligence of the bee colony as a super-organism. Gain insights into the purpose behind the bees' meticulous gathering, production, and contributions.

Sample a range of hive offerings, from 10-11 honey varieties to 2 types of pollen, propolis, royal jam, and more. For the adventurous, participate in hive inspection. After unraveling the courtship of the queen bee and understanding hive management, you'll truly appreciate why this is a 7-sense experience.

It's an adventure for a lifetime, accompanied by delectable indulgences.

The apiary is nestled in the heart of Transylvania, where the diligent bees produce the world’s most diverse honey, thanks to the region’s rich biodiversity.
We meet at our experimental workshop at DN 13A, in Corund, Harghita County. You have to arrive here by yourself.
