- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
- It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

- Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam postbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.

- Individual/single travellers accepted to join if assisting we already have registered participants. Single travellers to standby at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance for pickup. (Please contact with us for check availability)
- Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
- As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
- For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
- Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions
