What you can expect

  • We invite you to tour our family-run brewery with its brew master.

The storey of our brewery is, above all, that of this Franco-Portuguese family who discovered their passion for craft beer in northern France, where they lived for a few years, before deciding to change their lives and return to share this passion and expertise in their region, where it all began, in the Algarve.

Do you want to learn all about beer?
How is it made? What are its ingredients? How is it tasted?
That's what our master brewer wants to share with you!
In the heart of the brewery, you will discover each stage of the beer-making process and its influence on the end product.
From its history spanning thousands of years to its extraordinary recent development, and from its production to its tasting, beer will have no secrets left for you.

After discovering the diversity of flavours and sensory experiences offered by this precious drink, the tour is followed by a tasting workshop during which you will be introduced to the basics of zythology (the “science” of beer) through the various styles of beer brewed on site.
