The food tasting includes 3 different beers (chosen by you) paired with 3 different local dishes expertly cooked by the business owners, with ingredients from all over Sardinia and from small local producers.

This is because the raw materials used in the preparation of meals are of the highest quality and are free from contamination.

Beer and wine are also used in food preparation, as well as, of course, always being present at the table

The food tasting will be held at Sa Binuteca - Gocce di Nicchia. Located in the San Benedetto district in the centre of Cagliari, Sa Binuteca is famous for its selected local products from very small-scale production.
