We’ll then take you on a guided tasting of our core gins to help you understand your palette, discover the styles of gin you prefer and also your favourite botanicals. You’re then ready to learn the art of distilling gin. Guided through choosing your own botanicals, weighing each of them and distilling your own unique bottle to take home in a beautiful copper still.
