About 700 years ago, the Panwar Gotra Jats from Madhya Pradesh were drawn to the fertile lands of Shahpur Jat. Dariba Kalan

Dariban Kalan justifies it’s meaning as the “Street of Incomparable Pearls”. It is a 17th century street in Chandni Chowk of the Old Delhi or Shahjahanabad. It connects Chandni Chowk to Jama Masjid.
