What you can expect

  • Step into the serene world of Twin Beans Farm, nestled in the cool highlands of Da Lat. Surrounded by coffee trees, discover the journey of Vietnamese Arabica from farm to cup through two immersive, hands-on experiences.

    PART A — COFFEE FARM, ROASTING & TASTING

    Begin with a walk through our coffee plantation and learn how Arabica coffee is grown, harvested, and processed. During harvest season (usually November–January), you may even have the chance to pick and sort ripe coffee cherries.

    Then get hands-on with roasting. Learn how heat, timing, aroma, and the first “crack” transform green coffee beans. Roast your own batch, grind the freshly roasted beans, hand brew your coffee, and finally sit back and taste the cup you created yourself.

    PART B — BREWING & SMALL BITES PAIRING

    Continue your coffee journey in the heart of the plantation, surrounded by coffee trees. Explore five different brewing methods—French Press, V60 Pour Over, Vietnamese Phin, Cold Brew, and Moka Pot—and discover the stories and techniques behind each one.

    See how different brewing methods can reveal new expressions of coffee as you create five unique coffee-inspired dishes. Each is accompanied by thoughtfully prepared small bites from the farm, designed to complement the coffee experience.

    From understanding the bean and roasting it yourself to exploring the creativity of brewing and pairing, this experience invites you to discover coffee with all your senses—right where it grows.
